1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Screen platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Screen provides a cloud-based booking and business management platform designed for Experience businesses. The Service includes tools for online booking, customer management, operations, marketing, and analytics.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Screen offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Free plans are subject to transaction fees on bookings. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Square) to handle transactions. By using the Service, you agree to the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor. We are not responsible for payment processor errors or downtime.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers for data collection and processing through the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' rights, to transmit harmful code, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in at checkout, you authorize us and the applicable merchant to send automated text messages to that number related to your booking, including confirmations, reminders, "your show is starting" notifications, and post-experience review requests. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 per booking). Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@Screen.com. Consent to receive SMS is not required to make a purchase. We do not guarantee message delivery, which depends on carrier conditions outside our control.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or SMS message content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to transmit the messages you have requested, and is retained as required by carrier and FCC rules. 9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Screen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
